Is Now The Time To Buy A Home?

With the real estate statistics showing continued signs of stabilization here in Pinellas County, Florida, it looks like we may have seen the bottom of the housing market in 2009.  Tax credits for first time home buyers AND primary residents, continued record low interest rates, and the most affordable and realistic home prices the Tampa Bay area has seen in years will continue to drive property sales.

2010 will hopefully continue to bring more encouraging news and be the beginning of the long road to recovery.
